What is the Difference Between Regular Used and CPO Vehicles?
Regular used vehicles come to our dealership from several sources: trade-ins and other acquisitions. Our technicians review each vehicle before determining whether we want to sell it on our lot or send it to auction. The used vehicles we select to add to our inventory are of great quality, and we are sure they will provide you with reliable service. How A Used Chevy Becomes Certified Pre-Owned
In order to qualify for the CPO certification process, pre-owned Chevy, Buick, and GMC models have to be in like new condition and less than six years old with a clean title and less than 75,000 miles on the odometer. Once our technicians verify the initial criteria, they perform a 172-point inspection and reconditioning process. They'll address any previous repairs, replace non-OEM parts with genuine GM parts, and ensure any recalls are satisfied. The vehicle must pass all 172 points to earn the CPO designation.
