How the Process Works

  • Step One: Schedule Your Service Appointment
    Start the process by scheduling your service appointment with Celebration Chevrolet over the phone or online. Pick a time where we can send a driver to your home or place of business to pick up your vehicle.
  • Step Two: Vehicle Pickup
    After we pick up your vehicle, we'll bring it to our service center and get started on your scheduled maintenance. Once completed, we'll give you a call to set up a time to bring it back.
  • Step Three: Payment Options
    Choose how you would like to pay without making a trip to the dealership. You can pay online or over the phone for the services performed by our team.
  • Step Four: Clean and Drop-Off of Your Vehicle
    After every service, we disinfect and sterilize your vehicle before we drop it off. Once we complete all our tasks, we'll bring your car to you, so you don't need to leave home for your next service appointment!

Step 1.
Schedule Your Service Appointment

Schedule your service appointment with us via phone or our online scheduler and we'll send a driver our to your home or place or business to pick up your vehicle.

Step 2.
We Will Pick Up Your Vehicle

We’ll bring it to Celebration Chevrolet to perform the services that you requested, and we’ll return the vehicle to you once the work is completed.

Step 3.
Easy Payment Options

Pay online or over the phone for the services needed or requested.

Step 4.
Clean and Drop Off Your Vehicle

We disinfect and sterilize your vehicle when we drop it off by wiping down commonly-touched areas with a disinfecting solution. These areas include but are not limited to door handles, steering wheel, gear shift knobs, turn signals etc. We’ll also disinfect your keys before leaving them with you.

Cost of Pickup and Delivery

Our service will typically charge $20 for vehicle pickup and delivery within a 10-mile radius of the dealership. We offer this service, at an additional charge, up to 50 miles away from our dealership for your convenience. Give us a call to learn more about our pricing!
